The check-in process was smooth, and the staff provided excellent guidance about the hotel facilities. The small double room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and offered a pleasant view of the gardens.

While the location was ideal, the hotel lacked some standard amenities that could enhance the stay.

Had a lovely afternoon enjoying the steam room and sauna, followed by delicious afternoon tea with excellent pastries.

The Royal offers an excellent location close to both the beach and the town center, making it convenient for business and leisure. The building exudes historical charm, and I found the peaceful lawn area perfect for unwinding after meetings. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep.

Some staff members could be more courteous.
